No, but Chrome does include built-in sandboxing and other access restrictions, which pretty much separates it from your system. The malware (viruses) can enter through Chrome but they usually can't touch your system.

NoScript is still a good tool if you have low bandwidth and/or download caps. Also makes most websites load faster.

There's this extension called FlashBlock which can block Flash, Shockwave, Authorwave, and Silverlight.

That's for the newest, not stable, versions though.
