Unhappy Help! Ubuntu Will not run From USB

I have downloaded Ubuntu 10.04 onto my USB stick via a Universal USB Installer from and changed the bios on my DT to boot from USB CDROM.

However, I cannot get Ubuntu to load.

My USB stick has no other files on it and has been formatted (FAT32) to enable the autorun as this was originally disabled by Panda USB Vaccine.

If anyone has any advice I would be most grateful.

PS The other boot options in the bios were USB ZIP and USB FDD.
