I've tried both and have stuck with QtWeb as my secondary browser because it feels to be a more complete product. The WOT bookmarklet works fine and is simplicity itself to use so long as you keep the bookmarks sidebar open.

I use Free DownloadManger and you can assign this to QtWeb easily too. Just check the Safari box under settings/monitoring and then when FDM tells you it can't find the directory it gives the option to specify it manually in which case just locate the QtWeb folder in your program files.

The same might be possible with Arora but I haven't tried it. The Google Chrome entry in my screenshot points FDM to my SRWareIron which also works.
