After enabling SPR and then disabling later onwards, I found my vista unusable on reboot. Everything i enter (as admin) is denied access and state that I do not have full permission. I've tried entering safe mode, which allowed me to enter computer management but even after setting "unrestricted" as default, the problem still persists.
I considered restoring from an acronis image but found that opening acronis was denied due to lack of privileges
Should I format and then restore image?
