You can export the bookmarks from Firefox to an HTML file. In Firefox 3.0.8, this can be done from:
Bookmarks ---> Organize Bookmarks ---> Import and Backup ---> Export HTML

You can then import that HTML bookmarks file in SeaMonkey.

The link for the add-ons is correct. They may seem like add-ons for Firefox, but they are infact for SeaMonkey too, as the heading on the page says: SeaMonkey Add-ons. So just go ahead and install them .

About synchronization of bookmarks, I don't think the Foxmarks add-on is available for SeaMonkey, otherwise it would have been quite easy. Will have to search if something else is available.
