Yes Anupam, I think using "Apps & Features" is good enough. Moreover, it includes managing Windows Store apps (aka modern or Metro apps), like 3D Builder, OneNote, News, etc., while the classic "Programs and Features" does not.

This indicates that Microsoft does not care to develop "Programs and Features" further to cover Store apps as it is being replaced with "Apps & Features".

Maybe in the next Update, you can't see "Programs and Features" any more, or it may be left behind the scene for compatibility purpose. Only Microsoft can tell.
