iirc, there are now only 3 levels of Flash publicly available, Release, Beta and Debug.

Given the likelihood that the Release version(s) will have inherent stability problems, Beta versions will be just as unstable but with the added 'bonus' of less stable patches/additions and the Debug version is built to add extra stress to the workload to flush out any inherent instability/bugs, I'd guess that the Release is the 'better' option of the three - if you really must use Flash.

I'm still in the process of moving over to HTML5, it's been ~2 years since I started down this road, accelerated by Adobe's forced retirement of Flash ESR but I still have a few sites where I do have the need for Flash for recent video articles, radio and some live outside broadcasts - so I have Flash Release set to Ask to activate.
