Welcome to the forum.

I'm presuming the software you are referring to is the one linked in Torres' post. I'm sorry about your disappointment but you should be aware that software is only reviewed at Gizmo's - no one here writes any of the featured software. Also, it is perfectly normal for some programs to require Administrative Privileges, especially when they can make changes to how Windows works. As Vic pointed out...

You can look at this in another way. If all programs were allowed to run with full rights then malware would also have those rights too. You won't want that would you?
