ToDoList
A task management tool allows you to repeatedly sub-divide your tasks into more manageable pieces
Pros & Cons:
Our Review:
ToDoList developed by AbstractSpoon is a serious contender for the top pick as it offers many interesting and unique options, allowing you to repeatedly sub-divide your tasks into more manageable pieces in a clean and user-friendly interface.
A few of them in particular stand out, such as the ability to import from and export to multiple file formats including an Excel spreadsheet, Free Mind (mind mapping) and other similar software.
Something else I particularly like with AbstractSpoon's ToDoList is that it comes as a single zip file containing everything it needs, with no formal installation procedure required, and when first run, it asks if you want to use the registry or a .ini file for portability which is an important feature to me. A range of plugins is also freely available.
This is a serious contender for my top pick recommendation. More details will be coming as I test it further and report back.
