If yesterday's memory-related Hot Find was slightly too complex, and you'd prefer a simpler reporting tool, then take a look at Memory Watch. It displays a constant readout of your physical and virtual memory usage, and free space on any selected drive. You can see the entire output, and options, in the screen shot below.
The program runs on all recent versions of Windows, is free of malware according to VirusTotal, and is only a 0.5 MB download. I used the portable version (labelled as No Install on the download page), but there's an installable one too if you prefer.
You can download it from http://sourceforge.net/projects/memorywatch/files/1.3/. Note that the files are compressed using the 7Zip format, rather than the more conventional .ZIP system, so you'll also need to download the 7Zip unzipper if you don't already have it. You'll find it at http://www.7-zip.org/, where there are links at the top of the page to 32- and 64-bit versions.
