It is available in UK - I've just got it.
Click the amazon.com web address above, which takes you to the US store, then in the address bar change the ".com" part to ".co.uk". That seems to work for all books.

It is available in the UK .... but you need to use the Kindle Store on Amazon.co.uk

Also you'll need to order it from a Kindle or a device running a kindle app.
Just downoladed (and registered) the Kindle app for android then ordered it without a problem.
