3. Contribute an Article

If you are knowledgeable about a  particular aspect of PCs then why not contribute an article?

Contributed content generally falls into one of the following categories:

  • An informative article  of general  interest to PC users
  • A how-to guide or tutorial
  • A list of the top products or websites in a particular category
  • A review of a particular product
  • A comparative review of a product category not already covered by this site

Please read the Contributing Articles page for full instructions.

4. Become a Site Category Editor

If you are knowledgeable about PCs, you might consider volunteering as a Category Editor.

Category Editors are responsible for ensuring the quality of information for a particular class of content  on this site. For example there is a Category Editor for "Best Free Backup Program." That Editor takes responsibility for the reviews in that category, and moderates and approves any suggestions by site visitors.

An up-to-date list of software categories currently needing an editor can be found here.  Alternatively, you may wish to create a new software category not yet featured on this site.

If you feel you would like to contribute in this role please read the Category Editors Page.
