Regular exercise improves health, wellness and longevity, but how much exercise is enough in a week?

Well, to monitor and ensure that a target is achieved, there are some fitness and health apps that fit the bill and are available for free. Among them, Google Fit is one of the good choices for Android devices, to a certain extent similar to Health for the iPhone.
With this app Google Fit, you are able to set targets and track walks, runs, rides and other progress of physical activities in terms of time spent, distance travelled, steps achieved and calories of energy burned, all viewable in a clear summary, timeline or graph details.
Fit also integrates fitness information from third-party apps and devices so that you can track all your progress in one place.
If you use an Android device, Fit is an excellent way to monitor how much exercise you do and track your progress of physical activities on a daily basis. It’s well worth a download.
