This category is reserved for finds by our Editor Rhiannon Dent.

Items should consist of at least two paragraphs.

The first should be a "teaser" paragraph. This paragraph will be automatically published in our RSS feed. It should state the nature of the find and the benefits without mentioning the product name or providing a product link. For example:

"For months I've been looking for a good way of deleting 'undeletable' files. Finally I've discovered a free utility that does the job reliably and simply."

The second paragraph should at the very least, expand the benefits, name the product and provide a product link. For example:

"Unlocker is a tiny 230KB utility that works with Windows 2000 and XP. Vista users are out of luck. Just right click on the 'undeletable file', select 'Delete with Unlocker' from the context menu and next time you boot the file will be gone for good."

You can have a third paragraph if you wish; indeed as many as you like. However there must at least be a second paragraph after the opening "teaser" paragraph.

Wallpaper of the Week: Autumn Tree Canopy: View from the Ground

This week's wallpaper shows the orange, red, and gold of an autumn tree canopy splashed across the blue of the sky. The view from the ground peers up at trunks and branches that curl and wind in a most unusual way and are as interesting as the colorful cloak of leaves. This is a fairly light background so icons are visible but don't show as easily as darker backgrounds.

Wallpaper of the Week: Full Moon Through Bare Trees

This weeks wallpaper is a shot of the full moon rising through the silhouette of bare black tree branches. The background is a velvety blue. The moon is centered in a circular opening in the tree branches. This is one of those wallpapers that looks much better on your screen than in the image here. Icons show up quite well on this background.

Wallpaper of the Week: Ocean Mist

This weeks wallpaper shows a low lying fog or mist enveloping low lying rocks over a rocky ocean shoreline. Muted lighting adds a softness to the hard edges of rocks. This is a good background if you like quiet, contemplative images. Icons are visible but not high contrast.
