Can u please help me????

I live in a hostel where there are common routers for all the people. Uptil yesterday morning everything was working fine but suddenly the torrents stopped downloading. DHT shows '0 nodes'. This is happening to all the people who use any p2p file sharing program. Clearly the authorities have blocked all the trackers.

Other than this, the internet is working with nice speeds(almost 120 kB/s) for downloading general files

Please tell me what has happened and is there any solution for it???

Good Morning to everyone. I am a newbie to gizmo's tech but have tried some of the to do tips - yesterday to be precise.

I actully tried some of the tip to increase my utorrent speed but there still are slow.

Let me back track some history my speed at utorrent & eztv were great until i brought home a Belkin F5D7230-4 wireless G router (for my wife's netbook mostly). From that time until now my download speed are low and sometimes none at all.

 I am on windows vista and have a belkin router and the smiley faces are yellow and Ive just realized how girly that sounds, I have followed the instructions for setting up a static IP address on my computer now what do I have to do to my router apart from address it sternly with a large hammer

I have been using Azureus for years in my now old pc with Winxp sp3. Azureus went through all the updates to the latest version, but the interface stays pretty much the same. Overall I am pretty happy with Azureus in the machine.

Last month, I bought a new notebook, with Vista home basic (32bit). To be exact, a new Thinkpad X200 with 2.4Ghz core-dual and 3GB of ram, and this is my first time moving to Vista.  As you can tell, I am like a school boy with a new toy BUT.....

Can anyone help. I have downloaded bittorent onto a usb stick. However when i transfer a torrent file with many seeds all the seeds disapear to zero.Iam using a cybercafe computer so i can not change any settings.Has anyone got any ideas? Thanks

 Hi friends, i'm currently using Bitcomet 1.07 for torrent downloads...... Yesterday i've updated my Bitcomet 1.06 to 1.07 and everything worked fine but today when i started Bicomet 1.07 the Green Light is missing(now turned into gray light not even yellow)...I didn't even change my Listen port(50000) or any other settings, which were worked great until yesterday....

WHAT WOULD BE THE PROBLEM.......????????

Hello everybody, i'm now currently using  Bitcomet 1.06  and need to know best firewall setting tat does not affect my downloading speed... i'm currently using Bitdefender as my Firewall  and antivirus tool.... And also if possible please mention the listen port that gives best downloading speed i'm now using 50000 as my listen port..... THANKS.. ;D
