photo organizer

I would love to see a program that will sort through all my photos and puts them in specified folders...

also a program that will search and find every duplicate photo in all folders.

Thanks!!

Thanks to you all for your help...I am going to check out what you offered in your posts. I appreciate this. I have so many photos...1,000's. I have them scattered all over, it seems...I do have Picasa, but it's pretty limited in what it does...I also have Adobe photo album and the photo program that came with my camera, Fine Pix Viewer...I want to uninstall the Fine Px veiwer, I don't need it...I'd probably keep the Adobe album (unless I find something better), and once I have ALL my photos within one photo program, I'll uninstall Picasa also...
I have my work cut out for me!!

Thanks again.

PFind v. 1.2.6.0Have a go at pfind (picture -finder). It's designed to sort tens of thousends of photos by similiarity. You more or less define a basic structure (folders), put some pictures in those folders and all the sorting of the remaining pics is done by pfind.

Have you checked out reviews? I like Picassa but it does not handle duplicates. For that check out the File Manager catagory. I have not seen that functionality in a photo app yet but I have looked hard.
