Support Alert Refund Policy "If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription to Support Alert Premium I will refund your subscription in full, no questions asked, within 30 days of your initial subscription. If you cancel after 30 days you will receive a pro rata refund of your subscription fee in proportion to the number of issues you have received compared to your subscription entitlement.
