Drawing Pad on Website

I have a website and I want to put a drawing pad / sketch pad on the front page something like this

http://artpad.art.com/artpad/painter/

but also I want it to be a universal pad one canvas where everyone can draw when they visit the website and maybe there drawings still be there from the last time they drew. I also want to be able to moderate the website or even approve the drawings before they are visible on the website so unwanted artwork do not appear.

any ideas?
