A forum program that is EASY to move ?

I wonder - as a phpBB user..is there another competing forum software which is very, very easy to move to another host ?

One can backup and restore a phpBB installation, but unless it is at the same URL and all the stats/credentials also match perfectly-> it will be broken.

Data as well as the hours it takes to set one of these up needs to be safe so in the event of any calamity it can be brought back online elsewhere.

Any suggestions?
