XAMPP portable not work for another PC

Need your help, friends. I installed XAMPP Portable (USB), it is work in PC at my office. But, when I want to use it in my PC at home, it did not work at all. I did Xampp setup and there is error message "relocating XAMPP not successful"
Why? Can you help me to solve the problem, please? Many thanks.

I use xampp with wordpress, but I have never used the portibile version. Have you tried installing the normal version on your home pc to see if that works? I think you need to use xammp with admininstrative rights under Vista and 7.
