I like MacOS-like docks and have used them for quite a while on my Windows computers.
I started with the free ObjectDock a few years ago. I liked it a lot and I purchased the full version 1.9 for 20 bucks that allowed me to use several docks on my desktop. However, when Stardock only a few months later asked for another 10 bucks to update to version 2.0 I was pretty upset. I banned ObjectDock from my machine. I switched to RocketDock which is pretty similar to ObjectDock. But I had my problems with it, specifically that it does not update the running application indicator correctly. That was so annoying in the end that also RocketDock disappeared from my computer. I switched to Nexus Dock. It is the most beautiful application I think. Menus, dialogs and windows are just nicely done. But when it comes to handle the dock in regards to usability it failed in my eyes. The bar moves when you try to move icons and it was just getting on my nerves how cumbersome the handling was. I gave up after a short while. Well, and here I am, back to the free ObjectDock 2.0. At the end of the day it the most stable and easy to handle dock for me. To my knowledge it also is the only one supporting 64 Bit Windows. I waived the second dock and am quite happy with the free version again.
