MS Patch Registration Cleanup Tool

Just saw this on MajorGeeks. Might be useful for those who are using Windows. Microsoft has released this new tool. Here is what the description of the tool says:

On a computer that has a Windows Installer based product installed, you may receive an error while installing an update for the product and the installation of the update may fail. Installation errors caused due to incorrect patch registration may be corrected using this tool.

Seems to be another useful tool, similar to the Installer Cleanup Tool used when installation of certain softwares fail, and you have to clean up after that.
