Power Search Tool

I came across the following video on you Tube, thinking that is a handy tool to have. I googled it and came up with lots of older links saying it was a virus etc. I came here to see what the verdict was and perhaps find a safe free option to this tool but cannot find any info on it at all. Are there any free tools that can do an online search in this way?.

Scores hits from 25 out of 43 on VirusTotal. I'd stay away from it.

Thanks for the reply MidnightCowboy, I'll stay away from it but are there any safe freeware programs that can do similar?.

Just another unnecessary toolbar for convenience. You don't need to install anything.
There's plenty of other, more specific search engines as well.
