I am a newbie at coding HTML and I very offten forget to close HTML blocks or have open references.
I found a nice freeware visual program that point out my coding mistakes: http://www.freehtmlvalidator.com/

Thanks for the note. I can only concur. I am using CSE HTML Validator for years - even purchased the full version after a while. It is a great help even for advanced HTML coders.

You can also use editors with syntax highlighting and completion.
Notepad++ for windows does this well, Bluefish for Linux works great. You can install a number of firefox debug extensions that can validate code, like firebug and html validator. Regards, Dedoimedo
