Tweak Me

This is not a suggestion but just a question. Has anybody tried the Windows system tweaker called Tweak Me? Lifehacker is recommending it. (http://lifehacker.com/5614803/tweak-...rtable-package) There are so many of these tweakers that I can't keep track. I see the list from xphunt3r but there seem to be dozens of these. At least this one is portable.
