ExcelArt - Creating art in Excel
Ok maybe not real art. But a cool app for importing images into Excel to make great looking mosaics. Needs Excel 2007 (earlier versions had a limit on the maximum colours per sheet).

ExcelArt version 1.1
I had an email alert that version 1.1 of ExcelArt is now available. The site says it is now compatible with all versions of Excel from Excel 97 onwards. You can also convert your Excel images to Black&White or Sepia.
