Pencil -- Interesting Browser Application -- Plugin

I just ran across this Firefox plugin by accident while looking for another software by the same name.

It is called Pencil and it is just a Firefox plugin, but it is really more of a desktop application, which just uses Firefox as the GUI which is quite intriguing. Humorously its main function is do rapid GUI prototyping with a drag and drop approach. But you can do some simple "sketching" with it too.

I thought someone around here might find it useful.
