Humbly submitted for inclusion into Gizmo's Freeware is Nevitium Business Manager 1.5. Initially released in Feb 2007 Nevitium is maturing with the help of end users all over the globe. Available only in English.

Nevitium is a comprehensive invoice manager. You can create quotes
and invoices using inventory and customer data all managed by
Nevitium. Payments and other activity for each invoice are tracked.
Also includes other utilities needed by small businesses including the
ability to print checks and generate address or product labels (w/ bar
code).

Nevitium is a good solution for those struggling with
QuickBooks.
