For those of you who are using or in need of file synchronization utilities, I have to mention DropBox.

To the best of my knowledge, it is a relatively new comer and I just downloaded and started using it. I am extremely impressed with it. It allows for 2 GB free and you can access your files through any browser and share files if you'd like. And, it is blazingly fast!

Another nice thing is that it works over network shares. I am using it to save all my work-related files off of our work network.

It works with Windows, Mac, and Linux. It also tracks changes to files so you can go back and restore an older version.
