I have just downloaded this software to try out and already have found a use. I just rip out sections off the internet as I would do out of a magazine or newspaper and drag it to the icon in RIP. and then add notes anything. I love it for taking recipes, thats what I have used it for so far
http://ript.com/ Its seems free, can't see a catch yet. Maybe one for Gizmos freeware emails Tony |

Other than the editable text, I like its feature of auto creation of links, where it comes from and links to.
When running on Chrome, it doesn't rip images but url. Probably have to try IE tab on Chrome Plus. I've not yet tried it on FF, but its has an FAQ page to say that two things won't work properly on FF.

Thats an interesting point, but I can't see why they should be putting that clause in as its a freeware. Or, am I missing something here. I am just finding it extremely useful and the fact that I have a text I can use and store is excellent.

I suppose they added that clause in case someone complained about where their personal information went to - maybe if they got spammed by one of those destinations. They can then say you were told in the user agreement.
