I just ran over this awesome animated video:
![]() http://www.vimeo.com/1084537 It's about a year old already but I hadn't seen it. I think it is absolutely great. While investigating the background of it I found out that it was created with a free open source product called "Blender". This product was mentioned in one or two comments by visitors but we haven't reviewed it yet. I would not be qualified to do that but from what I saw on their home site I assume it is a very powerful and sophisticated piece of free software. http://www.blender.org/

There's also a pretty good looking game demo called "Yo Frankie!" but the both the blender and the yo frankie site are down for some unkown reason. Found one way to get to the downloads by going to the cached versions of the sites and scrolled down the page to download the zips.
http://74.125.95.132/search?q=cache:...ient=firefox-a and extra packs can be downloaded at http://74.125.95.132/search?q=cache:...ient=firefox-a. Just be sure to scroll down a bit as the top "Download Yo Frankie!" links leads to a 505 internal error page, But the zip file downloads fine. It's apparently a spin-off of the Big Buck Bunny video.
