DNS Reactor DNS from VpnReactor

I received an email for the free DnsReactor service.
A web search found nothing about this.
Is this a legitimate DNS service?

WOT has a 92% trust rating for VPNReactor.com and the site looks OK.

There are many other checks that can be run but I don't have the time: virusscan site, whois owners, ipconfig and nslookup to check that it gives correct results for DNS queries, etc.

I found the site on a websearch:

IP address: 204.45.18.18 204.45.18.26

seeing as how people use dns for privacy/security issues...

they will log you, use cookies to track you

i'll stick with comodo/norton dns
