Router firewall or ?

I have a new netgear wifi router
i want to know that should i enable its firewall and disable windows firewall
or vice versa
or enable both of them ?

Use both. They will not conflict with each other. A hardware firewall monitors and blocks incoming probes and attacks. A software firewall monitors incoming and outgoing. Incoming protection is arguably the most important. So having double layers of protection won't hurt a bit.
