Oops. I found it. It's actually under Shell Integration rather than Software Compatibility.
However, all 3 browsers (Opera, IE 9, and FF) all appear quite a bit slower while sandboxed. It is quite noticeable; almost intolerable.

. My browsing has never been slow, even when Iused an antivirus and DW together with Sandboxie. I don't use Opera or IE9 but my Firefox is as fast as when running out of the box. No difference at all. What other security programs are you running? Check Software compatibility, if you see a program listed in there, apply software compatibility as that will help Sandboxie work better with that program. This is important if you see one of the security programs that you are currently using. You should also go to settings in each sandbox>applications> Security/Privacy and mark any of your security applications that you see in there. By doing so, Sandboxies interaction will this applications will be better. Unfortunately there are some programs that wont get along with Sandboxie, some have a work around but some don't. Take a look at this, its important to know whats listed here. http://www.sandboxie.com/index.php?KnownConflicts Whatever is causing your browsers to be slow, it can be taken care of, check what I mentioned and lets see what happens. I have no problems running Opera (my default browser also) sandboxed. There may be a slight speed difference between running a browser normally and sandboxed but it's virtually imperceivable. |

Doesn't sound right to me either. The only slowdown i get is when i launch the browser, and it is quite a bit slower to start up than when it's not sandboxed. I use FF5 mostly and SRWare Iron occasionally .

Actually, Opera appeared the most impacted.
What I'll do tonight then, is reboot my computer and try it again. My connection also might be affected by the fact that I just found out that my son has been downloading a 48 GB (yes, GB) game over the past 2 days..... I'll also do the software compatibility thing.

He yelled at me for even mentioning it, actually. He supposedly signed some type of non-disclosure agreement when they signed him up for the beta. He's not supposed to share the info.
I do know that you could Google "new star wars rpg beta" or something similar and you might find it.....
