Ironically, I run PSI yesterday morning after updating Firefox and everything was reported as fine - big ! Twelve hours later I came across Adobe's Security Advisory and that big smile turned into a big & and . Didn't bother to run PSI again as I wasn't in the mood of fixing my sounds for the second time in one day. Overjoyed () with this new treat by Adobe, I shut the PC down and went to bed.

The vulnerability in Flash Player is a zero-day vulnerability. I wish they would release an update sooner than they plan to. If everyone was as fast as Mozilla.. sigh.

If it's of any consolation, I totally agree with you. It seems that Adobe always makes a schedule of minimum 10-14 days to patch vulnerabilities and very seldom goes for an out-of-band update. What can one do but wait and hope they fix it sooner?
