Here are some links to threads on the forum, where CIS has already been discussed.

Comodo Pro

Comodo CIS 3.10

CIS 3.10 Setup Questions & my overall security

Comodo Internet Security

Comodo has an excellent firewall, and HIPS. Its a top quality product in terms of that, and if you are ready to put up with it, go for it. IMO, its for experienced users. If you intend to use it, be prepared to read its guide, and tweak settings, and answer pop-ups.

It has a huge download, but it makes up for it by being very light on system resources.

The antivirus component is not that good though, like Avira or Avast. But, it has shown some improvement with the recent versions. If you want, you can choose not to install the antivirus component, and use your choice of antivirus.
