Question Bullguard now down to 60 days trial!

I installed Bullguard on Thursday. It gave me a six month subscription. I figured that I could get it extended to a year over the next few weeks. Today, when I rebooted, I found that I now have been downgraded to a trial subscription. 58 days left. Has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks.

As mentioned elsewhere on these forums, inside the program, click on support and live chat. You will be chatting with a live support person within 5 minutes. They should be able to take care of the issue.

Default 240 days is better than 180, or 60, lol

I went to their customer support:

"I'm afraid I cannot verify if the download was performed exactly how it was requested on the Gizmo website. As the offer is no longer available, this is the best I can do for you."

I can live with 240 days.
