Thanks for your support. I'll be the first to admit that we don't always get things right 100%. Just the sheer physical requirement of managing an operation spread out all over the planet with 80+ editors is challenging enough, but we do try
![]() Having just re-read what I wrote above I thought I'd also better add this before (some) folks start jumping to other conclusions. There's lots of possible reasons why people are getting emails offering McAfee on the back of our Bullguard offer. These could even be random emails to names on someone else's list who have no knowledge of whether they applied to Bullguard or not. Often EULA's or other "offers" include a submission that you agree to receive "similar offers from third parties". I'm still trying to hunt down a link to one of these pages in English so that I can understand it

Please note that I was under the mistaken impression that this offer had been setup for a single user license. I've now learned that the licenses issued during the offer period can be used on up to three computers

Does this mean that it can be installed on two more PCs, even now? |

My information for this got lost in the pile of emails I was exchanging with Bullguard and other people during the time of the offer. I would try it and see.
From my point of view it is your account which validates the number of licenses so this should still be possible, although I don't make their rules. If you get an error, then contact Bullguard support from the second machine, explain the situation and see what they say. So far I have found them to be exemplary in terms of fairness.

In order to install BullGuard on a second or a 3rd computer, using the same subscription, you just need to follow this online guide

It's Friday November 13, 2009. I'm currently using the 60 day trial version and it expires the 1st of December. The program works great and is easy to use.
I missed this free year of Bullguard by a week and sure wish that someone would check and see if they'll offer it again to Gizmo's Freeware readers. It's a great program, I just can't afford to purchase it. |

Has anyone visited the BullGuard forum this evening?
There's a big surprise awaiting: All latest posts in every section of it are promoting some sites selling replica (I assume) stuff, containing live links. Reminded me of the IE7 Pro add-on forum, where the place is bloated with this kind of posts. Do you find this appropriate for a security forum? What does it say about the company's policies? It's a big disappointment to me, to say the least. |

I'm also noticing that the Bullguard forum format has also changed so no doubt they are all (including the mods) still getting used to the new system.
