The word you used is widely regarded as the most sexist, derogatory and offensive in the English language. There was no "we are all.." associated with it either because my comment was directed only at you because you put this word in our forum. Forum rules don't even enter into this situation because common decency prevents most people from using such language. If you feel happy that young children can read such things then that is up to you, but you can post it elsewhere and not here.

In the first place this is no place for children, they need not to have anything to do with anti-viruses or anything that has to do with it. Next, if a world in the English language exists in the first place then you first as a psychologist should know that not using the most sexist or derogatory or offensive or whatever word means behaving like a sexist, because this word is being used both by men and women, so nothing really outrages with that word, especially if you are a grown adult.

With over 80+ volunteers to keep track of it's not easy to stay up to date but to my best knowledge our youngest editor is 12 years old. We also have a security section editor in his early teens and another who I know has only just turned 14. As I said, this is a family site and people wishing to use it will respect it as such.

Hey Wes, don't ever under estimate the capabilities of the youth involved here at TSA or any other website. The youth here will know more about computers and security than anyone else here ever will.

I don't want to start a flame war here as that leads to a display of pure immaturity, but I find your comments extremely offensive and uncalled for.
And I'm way past my youth.

Metaphorically speaking it was meant to be offensive. As for the youth, I am glad they are involved, they are the future, nevertheless they won't necessarily understand the hidden message involved. Adults should, because it is the wrong handling of the word that is not acceptable, not the word.

Others have experienced a similar issue which was amicably resolved by Bullguard support. I would contact them again using the live chat feature from the GUI in your program, and then let me know what they say.

Had an very pleasant experience with Bullguard support via chat last night. I had the same issue with it only showing a 60 day trial. Mind you, this was midnight my time; I had my doubts if anyone would be available for a live chat at that hour. Lo and behold, I only had to wait a couple minutes and there was someone there.

I explained my situation. He said to hold on for a minute. I did. He came back, said he had extended my license, provided me a link to a specific document on their website and I followed the very simple directions. All of a sudden, I now have 369 days left on my Bullguard license.

What more can you ask for?! I am very impressed. Now, I have this installed on a test machine and will be testing it out. But, with customer support like this, I am certainly much more inclined to try it out on my normal machine. Great customer service!
