If you re-read the Hot Find! item, you will see that it is not valid yet. Please re-read this section:

Where can one change the forum time settings so that it wont use PM and AM? I prefer the 24 hour clock. Has the download opened yet? I'm not crazy about calculating. PST. What kind of time zone is that !!

I have just received a reply from Bullguard after querying some comments left on the main article page and they say their system is working.

One issue which could be affecting some users is that if you have previously had a trial of Bullguard then it will not be possible to activate a free one year license on the same machine. This is standard practise for most commercial vendors otherwise people would just use one trial after another.

To any new users experiencing problems I suggest that you contact Bullguard support direct from the GUI link in your program because it is only by being connected directly to your machine that they can see what might or might not have gone wrong with the process in your particular case.

I have just been notified by Bullguard support that your browser must be set to accept cookies otherwise you will only receive a two month trial instead of the one year license.

Some more information just in from Bullguard re: the cookies issue:

"Also, there is a problem if other Antivirus programs or antispyware tools are installed and they block cookies or lock them as if they are harmful, so you should also warn them about that as well."
