FixTDSS
Recently, I helped my friend to remove malware from his Vista computer.
After I exhausted all my regular options – Avira Antivirus, MalwareBytes, SuperAntiSpyware, SpyBot Search&Destroy, Sophos Virus Removal, Sophos Antirootkit, Dr.Web Cure it, ESET online scanner, TDSS Killer Kaspersky, Hitman Pro, Avast Anti-Rootkit, F-Secure online scanner, Microsoft Safety Scanner, my friends' computer was stil infected by malware. I found and tried FixTDSS from Symantec. It found a rootkit and removed it.
