Default Phone?

Why not apps for your phone? iPhone best one I heard of is you set a timer on the phone and it fakes an incommig call so you can make a get-a-way if needed.

What about 'faking' some courage and telling your interlocutor he's boring and you rather kiss a rattle snake than continue the conversation?

That would be a good idea to bring up in the Suggestions Section of the forum. I think Christoph would agree with me and add it as another section to the forum for that sort of thing.

I have no cell phone at all. Like you I would rather tell a person I have to leave than fake like so many people today.

Depending on the type of phone, you can download free ringtones, wallpaper, games, text messages and apps from Zedge. I've been using their website for quite awhile now and have had no issues. I've been using it thru my last 3 cell phones.
