VLC engine relicensed to LGPL

The licenses of libVLC and libVLCcore have changed from GPLv2+ to LGPLv2.1+

VLC geared up for the next major release. Preview release Version 2.0 RC1 released.

I'm hoping the speed up the subtitle rendering, and keep it consistently uninterrupted. The dummy font renderer config doesn't work with all subtitles for me.
