What media players offer TimeLine playback

It is a very handy feature. Never having to do any video editing ever. Who are the competition in this field. I want to call them out.

Being able to start anywhere in a video at regular speed then switch to slo-mo for the trick then back to normal speed it quite handy. Most high speed sports could use this. When you don't have to edit there is no loss of resolution.
