Im looking for a program that will recognize the music on my laptop. Similar to the ones on mobile phones that listen to the music and give you the datails. Im have tried using tunatic but sometimes it listens to the whole song and doesn't recognize it.
I use Windows media player to rip music off my cd's but it doesnt carry information like artist or album so i have loads of unknowns in my library. and if i try to find album info it sometimes is way off. Is there any other software that will listen to my music and get the right info? or a media player that will?

MusicBrainz Picard can identify track information by comparing a unique digital thumbprint to the information in the MusicBrainz database. Give it a try. Reviewed here.
