Video Tag Editor

I've been looking for a video tag editor that does a good job of tagging my movies. As-of-to-date I have yet to find a program that works. Yes, I have tried using "abcAVI Tag Editor" I just don't understand it or I cant get it to work. I've looked on the Internet for a training video on abcAVI Tag Editor but, nothing... can anyone help me?

An Idea, ... Could one of you nice people out there please make a easy to understand video on how to use abcAVI Tag Editor.
