Default free quality screen capture software by BB Flashback

BB Flash back express if being offered free at Their website
Just must register for the key. This software records video and music with good editing features. Best I have tried so far.

Cheers

The editing functions are only included in the two commercial versions but there's still enough features in the free offering to satisfy most people, especially the ability to upload to Youtube and others.

Cool, usable freeware which isn't always the case with this type of program. Good notice - I wasn't aware of this one until I saw it here!

Default You right again Midnightcowboy

I guess I got ahead of myself. Since I had to register for a key, I thought it included the edit functions. A common ploy to get people to buy the upgraded package. Not a thing wrong with the such a ploy in my opinion.
You can save to a avi file and then whip out the virtualdub and edit away.
It still works better than other freeware products of this genre.

Default Update on bb flashback express

I went ahead and did pretty thorough test drive on this software and I am even more impressed. You can export the .fbr file to either a flash or avi file from there you can use third party editors to put a finish to the file. Here is a sample I produced playing MS's pinball game.

Screen capture fun

A nice simple screen capture app is Wisdom-soft Screenhunter 5 Free. There are a few different file options and capture options, install it and use. For static shots only.
