I hope you're not running the less optimized 64bit version, rather than the 32bit version. The lack of video renderer's in VLC is one of it's con's because it totally fails to play certain video's when most other media players nowaday's has associated many video renderer types to switch between them for playback. But that still accounts to only 1/30 files played in VLC, not a major problem.

hi all and thanks for the forum. i ll probably switch to pot, but first i've to know where bookmarks are stoked (the file with the bookmarks references and thumbnails), i explain, i do some cut on video i'm working in and in order to not lose datas, i use to backup my movies and the bookmarks used on it on another hard drive (i've broke 2 hartd drives full of my works). This is very important, thanks in advance...
