I need to play .flv, .3gp, .mp4 to a common DVD player attached to my tv

Hi there,
I've been searching for this, maybe you know any link or you can say it here. I have .flv .3gp .mp4 and very few avi, mpeg format videos. What I want is to make it possible to watch it in a tv with DVD player. I know that some player can play mp4 I didn't try it yet and my DVD does not play mp4, is there a freeware that can convert those file format to DVD playable format like the movies and stuff?
