Is there a non-torrent downloadable Tutorial videos?
I can't use youtube because I would be needing it in a PC with no internet.

.mpg or .avi format of these tutorial videos:
visual basic
php tutorial
Dreamweaver
adobe photoshop
linux
etc

Try searching them up on FilesTube and/or FilesPump.
You could even Google them.
Make sure the files downloaded are either video files or archives (containing video files, hopefully).

An safer alternative would be using VideoCacheView to recover your youtube (or other streaming site's) videos from the browser cache. Make sure the video is fully loaded and recent.
